They were able to do my car insurance and set me up with a life insurance policy, which I definitely needed. I do not play about that since I have kids. I’m really liking them and have no complaints. Not sure what others are complaining about, they honestly must be trolls!"

After MANY years of being with State Farm, this office has COMPLETELY refused to fix our new car vin number (which I bought TWO MONTHS AGO and now I have NO insurance from Department of transportation. On top of all this UNPROFESSIONAL behavior, MONA called my wife a liar saying she NEVER spoke to her phone or text (which we have a copy of the text message). Between her and estefani’s inability and unwillingness to do her job, we are DONE and calling corporate to file a formal complaint. Save yourself the trouble and find another agent who is willing, responsible, and willling to do the job you PAY for them to do!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: Don’t get state farm insurance at all! APPARENTLY, the agent who messed up to begin with is the ONLY one that can fix the issue that they created!!! Getting ready to call newspapers, news channels, Better Business Bureau, and post on social media because what is forcibly happening to us is UNFAIR, and UNACCEPTABLE!!! Stay far away from State Farm!!!!"

"I received courteous, informative and thorough execution TODAY from Agent, Mona. My 2nd call to her was to confirm cancelation of my initial request made on Monday, May 19, 2025 to cancel my auto insurance. Mona was extremely apologetic and patient due to my annoyance with the failure of the original Agent I'd spoken with to effectively process my request. Unfortunately I did not note her name from my initial request call on May 19th. I asked for some type of confirmation which she stated was unable to oblige. However, oddly when asked, Mona offered to send me a texted confirmation of my request during OUR call which gave me the assurance that my request had been completed.
